Shipping Information

Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more- Limited Time Only*

 Depending on where we have products available, we will be shipping from there. Which means your product can either be shipped from our USA warehouse or our China warehouse. After we receive your order, processing usually takes 1-2 days and shipping there after takes 3-5 days for Domestic orders and 14-21 days for international orders. Please see below for shipping times:  

For USA, Canada, Mexico UK, and Southeast Asia Customers: 

Processing: 

In stock items will ship within 1-3 business days!  

Delays may occur based on orders being placed on holidays or weekends. 

Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.  

Tracking: 

We update tracking information within 1-3 days after the product is shipped.  

Tracking can be checked through our  page. 

We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated. 

Lost Package?

If your product shows that it has been delivered, but you haven’t received your package, please contact us immediately! We will help out in every way that we can. Email us at vip@pandaw.com.cn

More Information: 

USPS takes up to 5-7 days to update tracking if the product has been shipped from our international location. 

For other countries: The tracking will update once the product has arrived IN your country. So please allow at least 10 days to see the updates. 

Shipping takes slightly longer with us because we offer free shipping for our customers convenience and we cannot afford to offer quicker shipping methods. This would force us to raise our prices, and we don’t want to do that! 

We DO NOT accept refunds for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT.
