Depending on where we have products available, we will be shipping from there. Which means your product can either be shipped from our USA warehouse or our China warehouse. After we receive your order, processing usually takes 1-2 days and shipping there after takes 3-5 days for Domestic orders and 14-21 days for international orders. USPS takes up to 5-7 days to update tracking if the product has been shipped from our international location.
For other countries: The tracking will update once the product has arrived IN your country. So please allow at least 10 days to see the updates.
Shipping takes slightly longer with us because we offer free shipping for our customers convenience and we cannot afford to offer quicker shipping methods. This would force us to raise our prices, and we don’t want to do that!
